ABOUT THE JOB
The CSM will be involved in all aspects of support, account management, product demos, educating customers and more. The CSM will work with a set number of strategic EPICA SaaS clients to:
The end goal of the CSM endeavor is to retain and grow business relationships in perpetuity,” Customers for Life” as measured by Net Retention, Usage, and ultimately Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
